Please select one (or more!) of the below charities and click on the link to donate directly to that organization. Your donations will go DIRECTLY to the charity, and all donations made will be in Nick’s name!
No donation is too small – every little bit helps! But if you donate $100 or more (to one charity or grand total) you’ll get a Nick’s Marathon tote bag!

More information on these three charities:
The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. The Ronald McDonald House program provides a “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay by their hospitalized child at little or no cost.
As a child suffering from leukemia, Nick participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the 100th Ronald McDonald House location in New Hyde Park, New York.
Child’s Play is a community based game industry charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with toys and games in its network of over 60 hospitals worldwide. Since 2003, Child’s Play has collected over 7 million dollars in donations of toys, games, books and cash for kids in children’s hospitals.
When Nick was in the hospital, he was fortunate enough to have his favorite video games brought in from home as a distraction, so he would have certainly been a believer in the work Child’s Play does.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. LLS’s mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since the first funding in 1954, LLS has awarded more than $680 million in research funding.
Nick suffered from leukemia when he was a child, and though it went into remission, it returned many years later, and ultimately took Nick’s life.
